LAS VEGAS HIGH RISE RENTAL GUIDE
This guide is to help renters with the application and move in process for Las Vegas high rise condos. Each building has their own set of rules and regulations. Please confirm the process and policies with your Realtor prior to submitting an application as rules/policies may change periodically.

ALLURE
Amenities: Pool, Hot Tub, Outdoor Grills, Gym, Spa Facilities (no sauna/no stream room), conference room, computer room.
Parking: Most units only come with 1 parking spot.
*Tip: The Allure condos ending with 01,02,03,04,05,06,07,and 08, have a premium view with direct strip views. Condos ending with 09,10,11,and 12 face north towards downtown and overlook the pool area. The amenities are on the 6th which makes it a high traffic floor to live on. Floors 2-5 are very close to the street, can be noisy, and may have power lines blocking your view.
Utilities: Allure is 100% electric, No gas. Tenants are responsible for power, cable/internet bill. Some unit owners may include service fees for sewer and water.
Pet Policy: 2 dogs max weight combined 80 lbs. Dogs must be taken down in Service Elevator. **Possible Breed Restriction (check with HOA). Pet area is in front of the building, off Sahara Ave.
Approval Process: 2 approvals necessary. First by unit owner. Each condo unit is privately owned. Next, by HOA. 2 Security Deposits required equal to one month’s rent each.
Move in Process: Prior to move in you must reserve an elevator through the HOA. $1,000 Security Deposit must be left at concierge upon move in – **can be personal check – returned same day. Move in Hours are: 9AM TO 4:30PM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY ***NO WEEKEND MOVE INS OR OUTS***
